Terms and Conditions

By making a booking you are confirming that yourself and all members of your party:

– Are 18 years of age or older

– Understand that drinking can impair motor function and judgement, increasing the risk of accidents and that taking part in a tour where alcohol is consumed is inherently risky activity.

– Understand that if you or your party members are over-inebriated or acting in a manner disrespectful or hostile to staff, other guests on the tour or other guests in the venues, that you will be refused service by the venues and may be asked to leave the tour/tasting by our staff without refund.

– Absolve TasteVodka s.c of any responsibility or liability for injuries sustained during the tastings not relating to negligence on our behalf.

Cancellations:

Our first priority is you and party having an incredible time in this beautiful city. We will always go out of our way to try and accomodate your requests. That said we do have to have a policy on refunds:

– We will refund in full for cancellations made any time up to 24 hours before the start time of the booking. Please note it may take 2-3 working days for banks to process payments and bank holidays may cause delays. 

– If you have passed the 24 hour cut off please get in touch and we will do whatever we can to re-schedule your booking.
