Financial Opportunity:
Base salary of 22zł per hour plus bonuses (up to 100zł per tasting)
Guides in 2022 earned on average 27 zł per hour worked (not including tips)
Tourism industry provides opportunity to earn huge tips on top of wages
Our guides earn through a combination of an hourly base wage (22zł per hour) and performance bonuses (up to 100zł per tour). We’re really looking for candidates who believe in themselves and will look to double their wages through bonuses. The more we have to pay our guides the better.
There’s also the opportunity for guides to earn huge tips and guides keep 100% of the tips they earn. We can’t guarantee that guides will get tips as it varies group to group but foreign tourists tend to tip well. Some of our guides have earned in excess of 500zł from a single tour in the past.

Role Requirements For Applicants:
We’re looking for students studying in Kraków who would be available at least 3 days a week. You need to be an all-round excellent person with a passion for sharing and helping others have a good time. You need to need to be confident in speaking to and leading groups and really enjoy meeting new people and socialising.
We don’t require perfect English but you do need to be able to communicate clearly and confidently. Other languages are a big bonus but not a requirement. It’s also important that our guides love the city of Kraków and are proud of their Polish heritage.
